    Here are some steps for us to get started:

    1. Complementary Consultation Call:

    With the 20 minute consultation call we will talk about your needs, discuss any questions, and see if us working together will be a good fit. If so, we will schedule an intake session.

    1. Intake Session:

    The intake session is our first session and we will review your client forms, general practice information, begin discussing your goals for therapy in more detail, and start our therapeutic journey together.
