Insurance
DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
No, I am an out-of-network provider. A monthly statement will be generate for you to submit directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. It will be helpful for you to know your insurance coverage and limits.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my plan reimburse me for out-of-network providers? If so, how much?
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Limited sliding scale spots are available based on need and availability for a limited period of time. Please inquire for more information.
Payment
I accept all major credit cards as forms of payment. I also accept payment directly on my site via this page.
Cancellation Policy
Each session time is scheduled specifically for you. If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you email (preferred) or call to cancel at least 24 hours before the start of your schedule appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
